Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager (m/f/d) / E-Commerce for the Berlin location as soon as possible.

We are currently seeking support for this dynamic position, which requires an interest in e-commerce, revolutionizing an old economy and experience in operations management.

YOUR TASKS

• Strategic and operational analysis, planning, optimization and control of operational structures and processes
• Coordination of the entire supply chain including our suppliers, warehouses and all other participants in our supply chain
• Strategic and operational controlling
• Control and optimization of our communication processes
• Collaborate with senior management on long-term goals

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in business administration or a similar qualification
• First experience in operations management, ideally in e-commerce
• Very good communication skills and interpersonal competence
• assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and interest in developing and optimizing processes
