Can I test my product?
If you test your product at home and then decide not to buy it, you agree to the test conditions and agree to test your product only as you would in a retail store. This means that you send the product back to us in its original condition, unused and without damage in the original sales packaging. Of course, your legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected. How can I return my order?
Either you book a free return label yourself or you contact our customer service. This is very easy to do using the contact form. It is important that you send the goods back to us in perfect condition and that you have only tried the goods. We have the same returns policy as would be the case in a physical store. Please use the original sales packaging for the return shipment.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return your goods to us within 14 days without giving a reason.
How much does the return cost?
Within Germany, return shipping is free of charge.
Have a return picked up
Unfortunately, this is not possible for logistical reasons. Here you have to contact DHL.
How is the refund made?
Once we have received and checked your goods, we will immediately refund the purchase price.
