How long are the delivery times?
On the product page, the delivery times are indicated, so you are always well informed. Our goods are made by hand in small manufactories, please note this.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany we are free of charge, the shipping costs for international shipments will be displayed to you.
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking number after shipping.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can of course change the delivery address, but only until we have handed over your order to our shipping partner. An e-mail or telephone contact is sufficient here.
Can I change my shipping address after shipping?
Unfortunately we can no longer change the delivery address once your package is on its way to you.
Can I postpone my delivery period?
You are welcome to postpone the delivery period. However, this is only possible if your order has not yet been handed over to our shipping partner. Timely information on your part is therefore essential.
